Residents of Benin City, the Edo State capital, on Monday marched to major streets in the state to express their rejection of the policies of the state government by embarking on a peaceful mass protest.
The protesters lamented over the hike in school fees, the increasing number of abandoned road projects as well as Governor Adams Oshiomhole’s insane policies on tax.
They also frowned at the what they called the dictatorial tendencies of the Government.
