4 killed, 1 captured as Army troops raid Boko Haram camps

Nigerian troops of 28 Task Force Brigade in collaboration with the Nigerian Air Force successfully raided and destroyed Boko Haram camps along Bitta and Damboa axis. They rescued 61 persons; mainly women and children held captive by the Boko Haram terrorists.

The troops also had a rough encounter with the terrorists at Langaran Fulani which resulted in the death of four terrorists, the arrest of one and the recovery of 2 Dane guns.

In a related development, the 25 Task Force Brigade cleared Boko Haram terrorists camps at Nwalemer, Mallemiri and Bale as well as in Tripkwopta and Gidan Gachi in Gwoza axis on November 11th.
