This is clearly child abuse, if you ask me.

See how his legs and hands are firmly held by the adult male while the mum presses her hand on the child’s forehead.
That child could easily choke on the toothpaste due to the bad positioning and considering the weight of the mother’s hand, there’s no telling the kind of aches that child is going to get after this.
