This is surprisingly shocking!
Since when do thieves inform their victims of their arrival? Sigh..but this happened.
The letter was supposedly sent by some armed robbers to residents of Engr. Paul Street in Karu, Abuja. They actually pasted it on a corner of the street for everyone to see.
